A submissives journey

Whether looking for a collar for a submissive or slave, a quick search online will reveal 'collars' of just about every conceivable size, shape, design and cost range imaginable.  For some, it's nothing more than a simple leather band, while for others, it has to be large, bold and make a statement.

As you look for the perfect collar, remember there is no set standard for what your collar has to look like, or where it's worn.  I know of many submissive / slaves that are collared with things as simple as a ring, a bracelet, or an anklet, yet for Lifestyle get together's, play, show, fetish wear or BDSM purposes they have an entirely different collar, or even multiple collars that 'stand out'.

Where to look?  Locally, some of the places you might try may surprise you, of course places like a jewelry store, but don't forget, you may find some interesting choices at places like Wal-Mart, a pet store, a hardware store, even an auto parts store. 

To try to help you on your search,  I've found a couple of places online that offer a bit of variety, reasonable quality, and affordable costs.  If nothing else, take a look at some of the collars they offer to help give you an idea of what is available, and help you to decide what collar is right for you, or your submissive/slave.

Whispered Pleasures offers a variety of collars including options for designing your own collar.  Their web site is easy to navigate, prices are reasonable. 

Amazon.com has expanded their selection of merchandise over the last couple of years, and much to My surprise, I found they actually carry a fairly wide selection of BDSM and Dominant /submissive Lifestyle related items, including collars.   Clicking on the icons below will take you not only to see those collars, but others as well.
