In expressing heat in her service, the slave is symbolizing her desire for the Master, a desire she would demonstrate offline in a variety of other ways. The Master online cannot see her, but reads, instead, her lustful expressions spread out across His monitor. He cannot know her, save for the person she displays, cannot feel her flesh against His own, save for the visceral response her words evoke.
